January, 2005 • Compiling and updating Project Plans for Subsea Projects, with locations of project ranging from North Sea to Gulf of Mexico.
• Providing weekly schedule information to Project Team (Look aheads for the week and month, and critical path activities)
• Liaising with and assisting Client Reps with Witness points for Testing, ensuring schedule is maintained as per contract specifications.
• Compiling and providing S-Curves for Project Monthly Reports.
• Providing schedule information to EPC planner. Scope of Work was split between UK and US sites.
• Compiling Bid schedules based upon interaction with Project Managers, Production Team members and Engineering groups.
