JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ø   Responsible for the overall planning, development and monitoring of a project and maintain the project planning system and procedures.

Ø   Analysis of bottlenecks and taking timely remedial action of potential delays.

Ø   Preparation of Level IV and Level V Plan, Manpower Deployment. Equipment Deployment, Tool requirement, Monthly targets and Efficiency reports.

Ø   Selection and timely mobilization of resources (manpower, equipment, tools, materials & consumables, specialist sub-contractors etc. which were 2561 peak manpower and 1045113 man-hours)

Ø   Finalization and identification of contract scope of work.

Ø   Reservation of all material in CMMS (maximo).

Ø   Preparation of detailed integrated shutdown Execution Plan.

Ø   Allocation and deployment of resources according to overall and daily planned/scheduled jobs.

Ø   Read, understand and implement the Company Safety Policy and the arrangement described in the Company and area Safety Management System documents in relation to the Planning function.

Ø   Continual review and development of procedures and common support processes resulting in improved project effectiveness.

Ø   Fabrication of Piping & Steel Structures.

Ø   Monitoring and managing the all Joint wise reports & Inspection parameters NDT (RT, DPI, UT, PWHT) during fabrication

Ø   Monitoring and managing the all maintenance and overhauling jobs executed according to scope of work include cleaning, inspection and maintenance of Heaters, Heat Exchangers, Cryogenic Heat Exchanger, Air Fin Coolers, Flare, Column, Vessels, Reactors, PSV’s, MOV’s, Control Valves, Pumps, Compressors, Sulphur pit, and along with piping modifications.

Ø   Coordinating with Site Management for the specific activities and keeping the overall contractual and day-to-day commitments with client.

Ø   Update progress in Level III, Level IV plan and S-Curve. Prepare man-hours analysis.

Ø   Project cost control & Cost estimation of Additional jobs request.

Ø   Coordination between Cost controller and I/C planning for budget control.

Ø   Preparation of specific Method Statements, Rigging studies and Risk assessment.

Ø   Preparation of final report.
