Cost Control, including: development of cost coding structures, maintaining, and updating project cost reports including project expenditures versus budget, project commitments, project forecasts, allocation of costs, variance analysis, analysis of contractor application for payment and cash flow.
Documentation Systems Organization, including: implementation of project documentation structure, development and implementation of Contract Deliverable Requirement List; coordination of plan production operations and development, and implementation of standard coding and filing system for project design drawings.
Change Control Management, including: analysis of contractor request for time extension, analysis of project schedule-related issues, review of delay impacts, and development of change order analysis procedures.
Excellent user of project management tools software in Primavera, iPAS, CMS and SAP Project.
