Planning and Project Control Engineer for Instrumentation Construction Works Project, on an oil & gas plant for Sincor, subcontracted for Contrina(s) group (Technip – DIT Harris – Kellog Brown & Root - Inelectra). This instrumentation project, executed under PDVSA – TOTAL - SINCOR standards, included 14,000 instruments calibrated, 8,000 instruments installed and loop tested, 550 PSV tested, 14 km of cable tray installed, 6 km of fiber optic cable pulled, 82 multi-cables junction boxes installed, and more than 300 km of instruments cable pulled. This was a 23 MM USD project executed in Jose Complex, north of Anzoategui State, Venezuela, during a 18-months period, and took 700,000 man-hours to complete.

I was involved with this project from offer preparation up to performance approval and contract closure. I was responsible for subcontractors work, scheduling, client communications, additional pricing, valuations, escalatory, claims, etc.
