Construction for a project for Natural Gas Liquefaction valued around 6,50 Million USD, the main tasks for my position included but were not limited to:
1. Establishing and updating monthly cost reports (Including Narratives) using estimate and project budget files to monitor the overall project performance.
2. Preparing forecast cost reports for different items of the project
3. Establishing and running of systems for analyzing the performance of the self-executed items.
4. Monitoring of the man power plans (Manning Schedule)
5. Preparation of cost cutting measures.
6. Monitoring of expected escalation of prices of project critical items.
7. Preparation of rotation plans of the project resources for indexing.
8. Preparing and analyzing the financial trends of each discipline of the project
