November, 2008 • For J&M Project Management Services, performing a site-based planning function for the successful completion of the ‘ESKOM Gas1’ Project (5 new Open-Cycle 150MW Gas Turbine Generators) at Ankerlig Power Station in the Western Cape of South Africa.
• Creating detailed schedules for various aspects of the above project i.e. Civils, Electrical Supplies & C & I, maintaining those schedules current, reporting on deviations from base-line with respect to timing and cost, and advising on possible recovery actions / contingency plans.
• Creating / updating tracking spreadsheets / presentations for the above project.
