I am currently preparing the EOT for my project, based on the Delays in IFC DRAWINGS & Payment Issues.

I dont no exactly to show the delays in P6 and i am used submitted baseline programme without updating the progressed and actual Completed activity.To show the IFC Delays, because of our project starting date:01-Aug-14

                                                                                          IFC Issued Drawing:08-Sep-14.

How can i claim the EOT FOR IFC DRAWING and how to show the delay anysis in P6.
