delayed due to the lack of Resource
Hi everyone, i have a doubt about schedule result on Spider Project. My schedule is niveled for some resources and in a make reprogramation of activities for a simulation for aceleration schedule and after scheduling by RCP the message was "Activity "DÉBLAI | TRONCON 1 - (55+925 a 85+900)" (Code: TER07) is delayed due to the lack of Resource "ESCAVADEIRA HIDRAULICA SOBRE ESTEIRAS" (Code: F1)" and "Activity "DÉBLAI | TRONCON 1 - (11+000 a 33+000)" (Code: TER04) is delayed due to the lack of Resource "ESCAVADEIRA HIDRAULICA SOBRE ESTEIRAS" (Code: F1)".wysiwyg_imageupload:: I'm very curious to know what exactly mean this message because I couldn't find the problem.

In the last activity, the field "reason of delay" don't filling and don't show the link "resource dependencies", why this happened ? What the criteria that Spider used? If all activities uses the same resource?

Spider Project can also show the reasons for delays by resoure dependencies.
If you will select Create resource dependencies in the scheduling oprions and Show resource dependencies in the Gantt Chart settings then dotted arrows will show why activities in resource constrained schedules are delayed.

Resource Gantt Chart
Please open Resource Gantt Chart and run simple scheduling (without resource leveling).
You will see that resource VIBROACABADORA DE ASFALTO SOBRE ESTEIRAS 700T/H works on a lot of parallel activities.
After leveling some of them are delayed to avoid resource overload.

In the beginning of this year Mr. Liberzon answer question about "delayed due to the lack of resource". Now I faced again some problem but different way, I Think.
Now, Spider acuses that happen delayed of resouce "Vibroacabadora Code:B2" but it happens that no activity are in parallel. What could be happening?

It looks like Resource "ESCAVADEIRA HIDRAULICA SOBRE ESTEIRAS" (Code: F1)" was assigned to activities DÉBLAI | TRONCON 2 - (00+000 a ??+???), DÉBLAI | TRONCON 1 - (55+925 a 85+900) and DÉBLAI | TRONCON 1 - (11+000 a 33+000). And so these activities could not be done in parallel. To solve resource conflict the start of activity DÉBLAI | TRONCON 1 - (11+000 a 33+000) was scheduled after the finish of activity DÉBLAI | TRONCON 2 - (00+000 a ??+???) and activity DÉBLAI | TRONCON 1 - (55+925 a 85+900) starts after finish of activity DÉBLAI | TRONCON 1 - (11+000 a 33+000).
In this schedule resource "ESCAVADEIRA HIDRAULICA SOBRE ESTEIRAS" (Code: F1)" is not overloaded.
If you will run simple scheduling ignoring resource constraints activities will not be delayed but resources will be overloaded.
