Hi everyone ,

A curious situation on my schedule that i don't know what happened, can you help me?

Why activity "INI ROUTE" shows on gantt chart ALAP date? This activity is a first activity on schedule, why ths happen?

Hi Mr. Liberzon,

That's correct, the doubt is for activity called "Ini Route". Why Spider calculated 1day Start and Finish [ALAP]? what's reason? It's doesn't make sense for me...

I opened your schedule and do not see the problem. Activity Ini route is the first activity in the schedule and starts when the project starts.

Maybe you meant some other activity?
