Responsibilities: planning, monitoring, analyzing and reporting in program level (time, cost & risk); analyzing the uncertainties in program level; preparing the high-level planning, control and reporting frameworks for consultants and contractors; supervising the way consultants and contractors perform the planning, control and reporting activities; analyzing and reporting the projects’ performance to the executive managers and managing director; coordinating the way consultants (designing phase) and contractors (PC contractors) work together (time-wised).
