• Compiling construction, design and procurement programmes and monitoring progress against them
• Reviewing construction techniques and methodology
• Advising client of delays and time implications of contract changes
• Review and advising on pre-lims for new tenders
• Identifying risk and opportunities and updating and managing the risk register
• Preparing Group reports and advising Board of progress on projects
• Monitoring and appointing subcontractors
