  • Preparing Baseline Program of Works
  • Loading of Resources and Preparation of Man Power Histogram
  • Cost Loading
  • Regular updating and monitoring of programmes/ generating of weekly look ahead programme 
  • Preparing weekly reports and maintaining updated Material Procurement Schedule
  • Preparing Planned Vs Actual reports and notifying the delays.
  • Producing necessary reports including Histograms, S-Curves utilizing both Primavera and MS-Excel.
