Lead Cost Engineer/Analyst on $10B USD East Side Access Transit Project for the Federal Transit Admiiniistration. Parr of Project Management Oversight (PMOC) Team performing fulll budget and cost review, Risk Assessment, shadow modeling of cost projections , and audit of the NYC MTA project team's future cost projections. Provide constructability and bid strategy reviews, and schedule analysis and intergration with cost.
