Responsible for establishing and supervising a Project Control Organization for a $450MM major modernization and expansion construciton project for Anheuser-Busch in Newark NJ. This included bringing a new corporate cost system (McCosker) on line, establishing procedures and modifying systems to support project control. This project was unique in that that the project was set up as a profit center, and the McCosker system was initiated on this project 18 months before the company changed over to the new system.
