Part of a team responsible for undertaking a strategic review of National Grids end 2 end work and outage planning proces. Deliverables included:,new high level end 2 end business process; producing the detailed planning process; interfacing with strategy and delivery sub processes. Design, development and production of a system to baseline maintenance activities covering the work associated with 1600 people undertaking electricity transmission maintenance activities.
