  • Preparing project schedules for all projects to ensure that the project completes within stipulated time with the available resources.
  • To update SAPP tool on regular basis for all projects to check that all activities are in line with the project schedules & also to find out the gap between demand & supply.
  • To check whether any additional resources to be deployed for completion of the project within the time frame.
  • To update schedules interlinked with the cash flow plans on weekly basis for Spain counter parts
