Responsibilities include creation of Level 1, 2 & 3 Schedules using Primavera P6 Professional, covering Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning, Level 4 databases. Preparation of the project control documents (dashboards, milestones plan, project summary schedules, manpower histograms, progress curves and weekly / monthly reporting).Administration of the time sheet system. Liaison with the client, management, project, engineering and contractor’s teams.

This role is to coordinate and maintain the engineering Construction Interface tracker which is the main multi discipline focal point document for the engineering team in Farnborough, Almaty and Houston with the construction site in Tengiz, Kazakhstan.
