Reduced budget overspend (of £30k-£10m) implementing meetings with Project Managers to focus on financial aspects leading to projects staying in budget.

Created plans for all orders below £1m; over £1m worked with Engineers on creating working plans.

Worked on projects from £50k small repair contracts to £multi millions design and build contracts for the MOD.

Seconded to GMPTE for 10 months on £102m light rail enhancement contract while they tried to fill vacancy.

Ongoing planning/costing involvement on £220m phase 3 contract for GMPTE light rail extension project.

2013-present Senior Planner on Northern Hub GRIP 4-5 programmes for both Tracl/OLE contracts as well as SPT Contract, the purpose of these contracts is the journey time improvement through the Manchester area.
