Preparation of plan involving personnel and equipment required in preparing Bid/Tender documentation.

Seconded to GMPTE for 10 months on £102m light rail enhancement contract while they tried to fill vacancy.

Ongoing planning/costing involvement on £220m phase 3 contract for GMPTE light rail extension project.

Preparation of regular updating weekly/monthly Financial reports (using Oracle, Proactis and Microsoft Excel) for Project Manager and Engineers on all ongoing contracts to ensure keeping within budgets.

Manage updating Primavera plans with financial costs and actual hours worked.Trained three staff in using Primavera V5 and V6 and ongoing assistance to all staff.
