Planning for Subsea projects with tasks including but not limited to:- Preparation, update and follow up of schedules for EPC of Subsea production systems- Preparation of bi-weekly and monthly reports for internal management and the client (S-curves, progress figures, detail schedule and forecast delivery dates)
· Developed, control & update the overall planning/work program, using Primavera P6.
· Supervise, monitor & update the actual construction progress and compare to our planned progress in order to point out the performance and the criticality of the schedule.
