Lead Planner \ Project Controls Team Leader

Responsible for the processes and controls within which the cost estimate is managed; ensuring the integrity of forecasts and accuracy of actual cost data.

Oversee Schedule Risk Analysis (QSRA), and act as the interface with other Project Controls teams across the Phases for programme level QCRA/QSRA exercises

I am a Trainee planner / Scheduler for Projects working for Babcock. I do not have much experience at all at the moment, a real beginner. It's a mind field.

Took the Pimavera P6 course a month ago. I have mainly been dealing with all aspects regarding Change Control.
