1. Analyze Tender/Contract Requirement.
2. Review & Evaluate the Subcontractor’s Schedule, Reports and monitoring progress in order to align the subcontracted items as indicated in the contract schedule.
3. Provide feedback to project planning manager on reviewed and evaluated.
4. Preparation of progress Monitoring sheets (Excel) & KPI’s for all major site activities to track and update information required for daily, weekly and monthly reports in order to verify adherence to or variance from planned productivities.
