- Prepare Level 1 / Level 2 schedules along with Schedule Basis Memorandum at Proposal stage along with project controls execution plan

- Prepare Level 3 / 4 / 5 schedules in Primavera P6 or MS Project along with Schedule Basis Memorandum

- Update schedules & analyze critical paths.

- Set - up progress measurement system with budgets and ensure consistency with project budget

- Measure progress using progress measurement system and prepare progress / productivity reports

- Review and update progress measurement system
