The project was part of a nationally rolled out program to install fibre optic cables for high speed internet across Australia. Lend Lease was awarded design & construction contract in South Australia and Western Australia, cost AUD 800million. It was a Design & Build contract. Key responsibilities on the project are below.

Telstra NBN Proposal Manager

  • The National Broadband Network (Fibre To The Node Solution) was a project to introduce high speed internet to all Austalians.  It was reported at the time as being a $20BN+ network construction.  The Australian Governments final solution is reported as $34BN+.
  • Managing the development of a fully costed response to a Government RFP for the $5+BN NBN Proposal. 
  • Over 400 people performing roles on the Proposal
