Engineering Manager for a Program of 12 million $ annual projects to maintain and upgrade the Aluminum and Alumina Plant .Manage 150 people and the  Cost Optimization for the company included relocation of personnel from Engineering department to others departments reduction to 98 people, with the Engineering improvement in cost and flow of personnel of plant assigned to that unit.  Duration for execution upgrading of projects eliminating some bottleneck causes in the design and execution phase and reduction of indirect cost.
