Analyzed client research data and delivered a unique system for facilitators and their groups with the ability to create courses, lessons, adding learning materials, follow and facilitate students’ journals, provide recommendations, and perform interactive learning. Adapted and transferred existent data to the new DB. Created an effective team and achieved excellent work performance and delivered a 3-year project in 34 months. Necessary training provided and maintenance plan created. Fully documented all work done and lessons learned.
