  • Established a planning system and led a team of three planners to manage a USD 425 million project, which comprised of 1573 villas and townhouses covering 375,000 m2 built up area with peak manpower of 5000 labours.
  • Examined, recommended, advised, consented and handled the contractor’s master programmes with 40,000 activities in a single project.
  • Strengthened company procedures and MIS reporting templates to match exact project requirements and significantly improved the coordination and communication between all stakeholders.
