  • To revise the POW for the changes & to schedule unforeseen works & activities.
  • To assist the Production Team in making strategies to attempt different activities so as to reduce both the time and  cost.
  • To analyze and study the delays, time loses and additional works and to work out for the EOT claims.
  • Time Impact Analysis & Reports for EOT Claims.
  • To revise & update the cash flow.
  • To prepare the Internal WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) of different activities to insure better monitoring and boosted progress.
  • Early war
