Managed a section of the works and responsible for taking the Stadium from Practical Completion as a whole to Works and Final Completion.

Was responsible for all planning functions in relation to a 1/4 of the Green Point stadium concrete work. Did all short term programmes and scheduling, progress updates, information required, formwork & scaffolding requirements etc.
