Preparation of contractual programs – Clause 14.1 for the awarded projects, in co-ordination with the project manager of that respective project, and assigning the quantities and manpower in the program for following up during updating, time wise and quantity wise.
Preparing the Internal Target program, for the internal use of Al Habtoor Company, with same starting date and 2 month or less from the Clause 14.1 finish date.
Updating the Clause 14.1 & Target Programs of nearly 4000 activities.
Recovery Programs.
Preparing Weekly & Monthly
