- Improved a scope management tool to raise non-conformance reports, risks, issues, change and configuration requests; alongside planning and executing OJEU process for TfL PMO framework;
- Strategically established, developed, standardised, maintained and improved project controls processes;
- Supported the PMO and Project Direction through owning the KPI and management reporting functions;
- Led steering groups and workshops, and gained stakeholder buy-in through delivering initiatives.
