  • Prepare 3 Weekly & 3 Monthly Look ahead plans.
  • Prepare resource projections (manpower & Equipment) as per requirement.
  • Assign resources based on project schedule.
  • Prepare Daily plans and daily progress reports based on project schedule.
  • Prepare work progress reports on Daily basis, Weekly basis & Monthly basis.
