  • Attending Tender Meetings (To get information for tender program-schedule)
  • Design Tender Program-Schedule (With minimum detail –baseline program /schedule Level 1-2)
  • Attending Tender Award Meeting (To get information for more detail program/schedule Level 2-3)
  • Attending Site Meeting (To see site layout and getting the final detail )
  • Project Starts Visit Site (Start design a Construction program/schedule level 4-5)
  •  Attending Site M
