• Responsible for the development and maintenance of the jobs’ construction schedules, resource requirements in coordination with the relevant departments across the company. • Develop and maintains status reports including labor productivity, schedule status, financial analysis, cost performance reports and earned value curves reports. • Generates monitors and updates construction schedule, resource schedule and cash flow curve of assigned projects • Coordinates with Cost Control and Construction in the calculation and updating of the Company’s productivity (manpower and equipment) rates
