Manage and update Project Schedule with inputs from various discipline leads (Eng, Manufacturing, Procurement etc). Main activity takes place at month end, but ad-hoc updates happen throughout the month. Ensure Baseline is maintained

Ensure project schedule is uploaded into Oracle. Mainly for month end but also throughout the month to ensure booking numbers are open for people to book to

Ensure Cost Calculator is updated every month. Am point of contact / trouble shooter if Cost Calc goes wrong.
