At Trimergo we know the importance of planning.

In a project driven company the planning is the anchor point for every project. The plan tells me when the materials are needed and if the capacitiy is available at that moment in time.

It's what we call the steel triangle: integration of 

  • planning of activities
  • planning of capaicity
  • planning of logistics (material requirements, purchasing, receiving, etc.)
