My engagement at Telstra (as a Terra Firma Senior Business Consultant) has involved rebuilding the existing MS Project schedule  using 'maps' drawn in MS Visio to visually represent the task dependencies.  While maintaining the schedule I've also worked on project financials to ensure compliance with NBN contracts.

Within Terra Firma I received intensive training enabling me to deliver MS Project training to other staff members.  I have also updated the training materials under the supervision of the Senior Project Controls Lead.
