  • Monitoring of the Project schedule and reporting of any constraint or deviation to the overall Project Plan.
  • Collate daily man-hours for activities on a detailed basis and roll up to weekly summary report.
  • Follow up on Project quantities by checking, comparing & reporting actual quantities against planned quantities weekly.
  • Measurement and reporting of work progress on a weekly basis.
  • Verification of progress on activities submitted by EPC contractors.
  • Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly progress report.
