My name is jerome Martin. I am IT manager at CNPD (National Center of Pedagogic Documentation, cndp in French). 

CNPD is a governmental organization. We are dependent about Minestry of Education. 

I manage a little team of developers. We are ten. Sciforma is used in our organization to plan the projects in web development. I have to delegate human ressources for project managers.
