  • Review of commercial Terms and conditions of Tender / contract documents and provide comments / recommendations.
  • Preparation / drafting of contractual terms and conditions for different kind of agreements viz. Pre-bid Agreement, JV Agreements, Cooperation Agreements, Memorandum of Understanding, Secrecy Agreements, Subcontract Agreements etc.
  • Review of contractual correspondances and provide recommendations
  • Checking of applications for contractual deliverables viz.
