I served as Office Engineer and Construction Inspector on Patapsco Wastewater Treatment Plant expansion program, worth $100 million plus. Program consisted of expansion of wastewater treatment facilioty to 70 mgd. Maintained field records for inspection and equipment documentation. Inspected offsite utility contract and onsite pile-driving operations.
I served as Senior Scheduler for Arcadis on a Water and Wastewater contract for the City of Baltimore, MD. Projects under this contract included $200 million plus contracts at the Patapsco Wastewater Treatment Plant and Back River Wastewater Treatment Plant, and various wastewater sewer replacement projects throughout the City. I performed initial and update schedule reviews, including cost and resource loaded schedules. I performed several Time Impact analyses for these projects.

Following a successful career at AMP (Asset Management Plan) 5, I was seconded to work on Galliford Try – Southern Water Partnership (GTSWP) AMP-6 contract to deliver Water and Waste Water Treatment projects within the western half of Southern Water’s area (West Sussex, Hampshire and the Isle of Wight). Contract value: £250m.
GBM (Galliford Try, MWH Global and Mott MacDonald Joint Venture) was awarded two Thames Water Framework AMP-5 contracts to carry out capital works. The framework comprised over 160 projects and is worth in excess of £300m. My role involved programme and project management. The array of projects included clean water, wastewater, SCADA and SEMD works. The project sizes varied from £20k to £60m.
