Typical project values were £15m to £20m, often with two running together and usually run as Partnership deals.

Project Planner for Warings Contractors Ltd on a £60m PFI scheme for the provision of 12 new care homes for the West Sussex County Council. This involves detailing the programme to the site teams and giving a more general review to the company directors. With as many as six live projects at once it is important to allow time for each site but at the same time prioritising the ones counting down to handover. There is also a significant amount of tendering work to go along side the site work.
