A civil engineering graduate from The University of British Columbia (1996), Jeff is responsible for leading our Project Estimating team. Before joining Vista, Jeff worked with a multi-national construction firm and held several key positions covering diverse roles. From the high-pressure environment of competitive tender estimating, to field implementation of 3D digital control systems, to field management of high profile projects, Jeff's twelve plus years of infrastructure construction provide valuable insight into large project estimation and controls.
