I was responsible for:Preparation of Planning Documents, Preparation of KPI reports, Monitoring the schedule for progress, measurements, corrective actions, Planning and Scheduling of Project, Keep track of the project and follow up action on all activities to ensure that the performance is as per schedule. Give feedback information to Project Manager/Planning Manager on all activities including utilization of Manpower, Materials, and Equipment.
