I am the Lead Planner of PMO (planning, cost control and contracts) of Renco SpA company, mainly involved in EPC contracts for both corporate divisions: industrial plants and infrastructures. I wrote the corporate procedures such as Project Controls guidelines (i.e. planning rules, corporate WBS, weighing system, progress steps definition, reporting, risk analysis and change management). The planning office operates in a trasversal way through the two divisions with six emplyed planners and outsourcing upon request.
