Project Manager Taman Rasuna Apartment Complex-

Took over a troubled project which was 80% complete, but runnng 2 years late, and 100% over budget.  The original cost budget was 300 million USD and 3 years and when I took over, the project was at 700 million and 5 years in duration. My challenge was to finish the remaining 20% of remaining work with zero change orders and get the units handed over to their owners, who had prepaid.
