  • Demonstrate, for a selected asset cluster, the feasibility of building an integrated costed activity register in SAP that can be down/uploaded in/ from P3e and can be used as an effective tool to develop and manage both activities and costs/budgets that will deliver a 2 year rolling IAP.
  • Clarify the roles and responsibilities of Functional. Asset and Integrated planners within the Shell EPE group structure.
  • Define a 5 point program needed to align ONEgas with EP planning module including the control of the Management Control Systems.
