  • Prepare the monthly Cost reportin order to keep the project performance and profitability under close monitoring. (Competence: Internal Control, Management Information).
  • Generate/update presentation to Investors and Board Directors the key performance indicators like Progress, Cost reports, Manpower & Productivity on weekly/monthly and quarterly bases.
  • Communicate progress toward achieving project metrics to management.
  • Prepared VOWD (Value of Work Done) reports, Accruals information & reconciliation statements.
