Project Services & Controls Specialist Oversee project planning team tasked with scoping capital and turnaround projects from concept to delivery; strategize and implement end-to-end Work Breakdown Structure, including all work packs. Conduct feasibility assessments for onshore and offshore engineering designs. Advise and approve construction project materials including mechanical and electrical instrumentation and equipment.
