March, 2012 - Responsible for the update and coordination of Enhancements Project Programmes between the value of £1 million and £12 million
- Includes regular interaction with Project Managers, Engineers, Commercial and Procurement Managers as well as external Contractors
- Monitor and review the feasibility of Contractor Plans and their ability to meet the required aspects of the Projects, and seeking justifications for any discrepancies
- Use of IT systems to periodically update all Costs and Resources within the programmes and ensure these are captured and forecast accurately
- Use of Earned Value processes for Project reporting and Value Management processes for Project analysis
- Assist the Programme Controls teams with auditing Projects and presenting reports to the Project Teams to ensure they are adhering to the required Network Rail Standards as well as meeting their objective
